Winning streaks accelerate ranking progression. After 2-3 consecutive wins, the system increases rank points per win, recognizing upward momentum. Extended winning streaks (5+ wins) can result in multiple rank-ups, sometimes ranking up 2 or more tiers before the streak ends. This accelerated progression rewards sustained performance.

Conversely, losing streaks slow ranking progression or cause ranking down. After 2-3 consecutive losses, rank point deductions increase. Extended loss streaks (5+ losses) can result in multiple rank-downs. This deceleration prevents lucky players from reaching ranks above their skill level.

The exact threshold for streak recognition isn't documented, but most players notice acceleration after 3+ consecutive wins. This is the system's attempt to identify improving players and progress them toward their skill ceiling. Players who maintain winning streaks are genuinely improving relative to their current rank.

Streak bonus resets after a loss or win depending on circumstance. A 5-win streak followed by a loss resets the bonus, returning to normal rank point scaling. Starting new win streaks requires rebuilding momentum, though the second streak typically builds faster than the first due to your elevated rank position.
